As part of this abundant celebration, guests can indulge in decadent highlights such as the fragrant Lap Mei Fan, Signature Winter Truffle Chicken Rice and Longevity Blue River Prawn Noodles. For a truly unforgettable celebration, the Grand Ballroom at Sunway Resort Hotel sets the stage for a one-night-only Reunion Dinner, where heritage, luxury and festive joy come together. Guests are treated to a lavish eight-course menu that celebrates the spirit of reunion and prosperity, with each dish carefully crafted to delight every palate.
The evening begins with the vibrant Prosperous Chinese New Year Yee Sang, a colourful toss of smoked salmon, snow pear and quinoa, dressed with sweet pickles, sesame and homemade plum dressing. Guests then move on to indulgent highlights, including Double-Boiled Chicken with Dendrobium and Morel Mushroom, the luxurious 5-Hour Stewed 8-Head Abalone in Truffle Abalone Sauce and Chicken prepared in two varieties, featuring a Five-Spiced Roulade and Stir-Fried Sichuan-style Chicken.
Seafood favourites continue the feast with Steamed Omega Dragon Tiger Grouper flavoured with aged-dried mandarin peel and bird’s eye chili, alongside Deep-Fried Deshelled Meng Har Prawns served with aburi sauce, romaine lettuce, and tobiko caviar. A hearty Claypot Lobster Broth with Long-Grain and Brown Rice provides a communal dish for sharing, while the meal concludes with the Carambar à l’Orange Kunafa, a playful dessert blending pomelo, mandarin salad, salted caramel and sweet basil jelly.

Available for dine-in at Sunset Terrace or takeaway in premium gift boxes, each platter is designed to celebrate abundance, joy and togetherness.
Guests can choose from five vibrant options, such as Japanese Hokkaido Scallop & Seasoned Krill Wasabi Yee Sang, Smoked Salmon & Fruity Yee Sang, Smoked Salmon & Crispy Fish Skin Yee Sang, Snow Pear Jellyfish Yee Sang and the vegetarian-friendly Sunway X Farms Fruity Yee Sang.
