Recently, pictures of a shop front in Johor went viral after it was spotted having built metal structures on the pavement so that it blocks the path of other users.

Pictures of the shop front which had been circulating all over social media shows that the owner had build 4 metal fences around their shop to ensure that no one is allowed to simply walk in front of the shop.

The issue captured the attention of netizens who were quick to condemn the business and the business owner for their selfish practice and their lack of thinking behind blocking a public pathway which not only makes it inconvenient for the public but also makes it dangerous for those within the OKU community.

It is believed that the shop is located in the Taman Bukit Dahlia area of Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Owner’s response

After the issue went viral, the owner of the shop allegedly responded back to those who have criticised her and her business. In several Facebook comments, she expressed her anger over those who made her shop go viral for all the wrong reasons.

“Just want to make my shop go viral for bad reasons. What is the reason? Are you lacking of attention? Just want to go viral?”

“Don’t think that you can just share pictures of my shop,” she wrote.
