Earlier, WORLD OF BUZZ reported that three bodies were found in a decomposed state at a home on Jalan Bukit Kristal, Seremban, on July 1 (Tuesday).

A forensic examination revealed slash marks on the right arm of the couple’s 30-year-old son with autism, while the 61-year-old father and 59-year-old mother showed no signs of injury or foul play.

The family showed signs of depression

According to Sin Chew Daily, the father was reportedly facing financial difficulties, and all three family members had shown signs of depression as a result.

The deceased had been volunteering at a church in Seremban for many years. Despite not being baptised members, they were known to be devout and attended mass regularly every week.

It was also reported that the family was unemployed and had been relying on provident funds and severance pay to get by.

The family allegedly left a suicide note

According to an anonymous member of the church, they had just met with the father of the family sometime last week.

During the meeting, the father confided in them about the financial struggles his family was facing.

In response, the church arranged financial assistance, offered the family’s son a job with a monthly salary of RM1,500, and provided psychological counselling for the father.

“However, the son turned down the job offer. I never expected to hear such heartbreaking news,” the member said.

The family allegedly left a note before taking their own lives, stating that their affairs should be handled by the priests of the church.
