A wholesome video has captured the hearts of Malaysians after Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was seen responding to Hari Raya cards sent by local students.
In the video shared on his Instagram, Anwar is heard charmingly singing a line from the classic Selamat Hari Raya song at the start. He then proceeds to showcase the handcrafted cards he received from children wishing him well.

The Prime Minister reacted to receiving cards and even duit raya from schoolchildren
Upon looking through the cards, Anwar described them as cool and beautiful, with one even standing out for its creativity as it included fairy lights.
Besides that, he even received some duit raya (festive money packets), finding RM1 tucked inside one of the handmade cards.
The cards came from students at Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Damansara, Sekolah Kebangsaan Muadzam Jaya, Sekolah Kebangsaan Talang (Orang Asli), and many more.

In his caption, the Prime Minister thanked all the students and said each card was a “token of love and thoughtfulness.”
“Alhamdulillah, I was truly touched to receive so many colourful Hari Raya cards filled with the children’s creativity. Each card is more than just a greeting. It is a heartfelt token of love and thoughtfulness. Small in size but huge in meaning for me. Thank you so much. I really appreciate every single one,” he wrote.

Netizens’ reactions
