We’ve all been there, staying up late, casually scrolling through TikTok, coming across those mouthwatering viral food posts that make us crave a midnight snack. Yet, while they may spark curiosity and a desire to try them, the actual experience for customers doesn’t always live up to the virtual excitement.
In a post that has since been deleted and reshared on social media by @beautifulnara, a girl is spotted ordering something she came across online that went viral.
She voiced her disappointment with a viral “Kek Tapak Kuda” she bought during a live stream, disclosing that upon arrival, the cake was unsatisfyingly thin.
In the video, her voice can be heard expressing,
“I’m at a loss for words. This cake is excessively oily, and it’s incredibly thin. What is this?”
She also pointed out that the product packaging was damaged, and the package took six days to be delivered to her home.

As a customer, it’s understandable why she feels that way. Trusting online sellers can be challenging, and at times, you have no choice but to take their word for it.
