Most of the time, a man is expected to be the provider of the house. What if the roles were reversed, where the man expects to be taken care of financially?
Just recently, Cik B, the daughter of Malaysian entrepreneur, Dato Seri Vida shared a series of voice notes she received from a boy who slid into her DM on Instagram. The boy didn’t waste any time in revealing his intention, and Cik B also did not hesitate to share the content of the voice notes via her TikTok @cikb_havoc.
“If I fail my SPM, can you take care of me?”
The boy, who was about to sit for his SPM examination (the most important exam before finishing high school!) reached out to Cik B and suggested a plan if he failed the exam. He was thinking of letting Cik B take care of him if he didn’t perform well academically.
“Can you take care of me financially if I fail my SPM examination?”
Now, assuming Cik B is even willing to look after a man financially, he has something in mind to return the favour.
“You’ll work, and I’ll stay home to take care of Dato Seri Vida.”
Well, at least he has plans to contribute something to the house, which is by taking care of Cik B’s mother.
Cik B, on the other hand didn’t reply to the student, but the persistent boy kept trying his luck.
“Cik B, can you please reply me?”
In her caption, Cik B only said “he sounds like Mierul Aiman” (a young Malaysian actor and model).
In case you are not aware, Cik B has followed in the footsteps of her mother by running her own snack business online, where she makes a lot. While Cik B can support her own life with her successful business, it’s entirely up to the young businesswoman if she ever decides to care for a man financially.
