When we’re driving on the road, we have to be tolerant and considerate of other motorists while making sure that we don’t break any laws. Recently, a Malaysian lady in Penang posted a status exposing a road bully she encountered when she was on the road near Queensbay Mall, which quickly went viral.
In her post, she said that she was in the car with her husband who was driving and their two children heading to the mall. They were driving a bit slower as they wanted to be safe when suddenly, a white Proton Saga behind them honked furiously and drove next to their car.
He opened the window and used his hand to hit the car, which gave them a shock. She was angry and proceeded to wind down the window to scold the man but he then pulled up in front of their car and actually came down to confront them. The road bully walked over to the family’s car and kicked their car, which damaged the sides and the side mirror as well. Why so ganas?
The couple in the car started recording the scene and tried to take photos of the man but when he saw what they were trying to do, he began threatening them and asked them to stop. “He shouted at us and said that we were blocking him from visiting his wife in the hospital and it was an emergency so I told him we did not know about this. He kept on scolding us and snatched my phone, which injured my hand and head. I told him if he didn’t stop we would report to the police,” she added.
In the end, some passersby stopped and tried to calm down both parties. The lady got her phone back and the family went to make a police report about the incident. The police confirmed that they have indeed received the report and also identified the man, who is a factory technician in his 30s, Sinchew reported.
Her post went viral with over 21,000 shares in less than 24 hours as people were condemning the man for being unreasonably angry.
