As Klang Valley moves on to Phase Two of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), more rest stops (R&R) have also reopened for dine-in for the fully vaccinated individuals.
11 more food courts at the R&R and the rest stop at Lebuhraya PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) have reopened. According to a statement from PLUS, this is according to the National Security Council’s instruction where full capacity operation is allowed if 80 per cent of the company staff and business partners have complete vaccination.
The said locations include R&R Tapah, Rawang, Dengkil and Pagoh. R&R Simpang Pulai, Mambau, Sungai Buloh and the Sungai Buloh overhead bridge restaurant have also began operations.
Besides, the statement also says that customers will need to show their MySejahtera vaccination status when ordering at the premises, as reported by BERNAMA. Customers who have yet to complete their vaccination can choose to order take-away or pre-order at the PLUS website or the PLUS application to reduce contact.
Meanwhile, R&R Ulu Bernam will start operating tomorrow, whereas R&R Seremban, Nilai, and Serdang are expected to begin operations on Tuesday.
Even if dining in is now allowed, please always comply with the SOPs and sanitise yourselves frequently!
