If you are a frequent traveler or just a plain last minute person, this might be the product for you.
Everyone knows that when you’ve a plane to catch, you’re encouraged to come 2-3 hours earlier for an international flight or 1-2 hours before boarding if it was a domestic flight due to the considerably tedious process of luggage check-ins, customs, immigration, and of course that long strenuous walk to your boarding gate.
However, a particular company knows that pain of hence designed the Modobag.
The Modobag was introduced on an Indiegogo campaign with a flexible target of US $50,000 (approx RM203k). There’s still a month left in the campaign but already they have reached over 95% of their goal, reports Mashable.
Bye bye endless tiring walks to the boarding gate.
The Modobag meets the TSA requirements, the allowed size of a carry-on and is able to carry a passenger of up to 260 pounds (approx. 117.9 kilograms), according to treehugger.
This mobile luggage has the ability to run up to (12.8km/hr, only requires 3 hours to be fully charged and even comes with USB ports to charge your lappie or mobile while it gets you to your gate in record time.
Oh, did we mention it’s 3 times faster than walking?
CEO of Modobag, O’Donnell said, “We created Modobag to revolutionize the way people travel and introduce one of the biggest updates to carry-on luggage since rolling suitcases were launched in the 1970’s,” “With Modobag’s user-friendly, rideable carry-on, anyone from professionals to college students can eliminate their daily stress of commuting by getting to their destination faster, keeping their electronics charged and having fun while they do it.”

Just a small fact that you should be aware of before making the purchase, the bag alone weighs 19 pounds (8.6kg). It’s not much, but definitely, something to take note of when you’re packing.
Aside from that, this baby has GPRS-GSM tracking and battery packs that is designed legal for flying.
And even if you’re not flying often, it’ll still do well for the ordinary day-to-day use.
