According to the Star, the incident happened at night on 14 April. The magistrate’s court sentenced Toh Choon to a fine of RM1,000 after he entered a guilty plea to the charge of damaging his sister’s car.

DPP Ezrene Zakariah said that his sentence should serve as a lesson to the accused, as he needs to learn how to handle his emotions properly. Maybe he just really loves the kitten?
