After a few weeks of recording more than 2,000 Covid-19 cases, Malaysians are shocked as the nation recorded more than 3,000 cases today. Based on the numbers released by the Ministry of Health (KKM), there were 3,142 positive Covid-19 cases recorded today (28 April).

Selangor recorded the highest number of cases at 1,019 cases with Kelantan coming in next at 523 cases and, Kuala Lumpur recording 440 cases.

There were 15 deaths reported today. There’s been an alarming increase in the number of positive cases of late. This means that we should tread lightly, be more careful and adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP) that have been set in place.
