According to EPF, members need only to ensure that their mobile phone number matches the one that is provided to EPF in order to receive their One-Time Password (OTP) in addition to having an active bank account.

Through i-Citra, members will be able to withdraw up to RM5,000, subject to the total combined balance in both Account 1 and 2.

The RM5,000 withdrawal was introduced following the announcement made by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on 28th June 2021 to help relieve some pressure on EPF members braving through the economical impact from the pandemic.

Other official communication lines afforded by the effort can also be made through their website, www.kwsp.gov.my or the i-Citra Hotline at 03-8922 4848.
