Well, they’ve certainly gotten some street justice for their actions!

Two Nepalese men got severely beat up by civilians after they molested their e-hailing driver. While we do not condone acts of violence, netizens can’t help but say that they definitely got what’s coming to them.

The incident happened at Jalan Song Bang Kang, Bukit Mertajam, about 5.30pm.

The 27-year-old victim had picked up the two foreign workers from Jalan Stesen and was headed to Taman Juru, according to Utusan. However, halfway through the journey, one of the men who was seated at the back passenger seat wanted to move to the front passenger seat and attempted to do so inside the car. The female driver told him not to do that and was nice enough to stop the car to allow him to exit the car to move safely to the front passenger seat.

However, when he was seated in front, that’s when he molested the poor female victim by touching and kissing her hand. Worse, the 23-year-old perpetrator even tried tugging her body towards him before groping her breasts.

The female victim warned the man to stop but the man did not heed her words and tugged at her body a second time. He agreed to stop after she threatened to drive them to the police station.

The man’s 29-year-old companion later vomited in her car and that’s when the pervert attempted to molest the victim again. This time he was more aggressive and hugged her tightly.

The lady then stopped her car at Jalan Bukit Minyak to get help from the public. That’s when passersby did some street justice.

After the two men were beat up, they were sent to the police. Authorities said that the case will be investigated under the Penal Code Section 354 – assault or use of criminal force to a person with intent to outrage modesty.

Netizens who heard the story believed that the two men deserved those beatings.

“That’ll teach them a lesson to simply touch women! I hope they get charged by the authorities for such a behaviour,” one user wrote.

“While I believe violence is never the key, in this case, I say: Good on them!” another commented.

What do you guys think? Did you think the two men deserve the beatings or should it have been handled differently? Let us know in the comments section!
