Alor Gajah District Police Chief, Superintendent Ahmad Abu Bakar, said the accident involved a trailer and private cars, which were damaged as the trailer attempted to enter the RnR.
“The accident involved a heavy vehicle trailer and three private cars. Further investigations are ongoing,” he said

The trailer driver claimed he might face action for damaging public property
In a recent update, a TikTok video circulating online showed the trailer driver, known as Wan, finally speaking out, claiming he might face action for damaging public property.
“Tomorrow I’ll be going to the police station regarding the cars that were hit at the RnR. The owner of one of the cars wants to charge me for damaging their property. If I have to pay a fine, please help by donating RM1 each,” the caption of the post read.
Wan also explained why he continued on his journey, saying he had patiently waited for over an hour.
“The issue is, the cars were parked illegally and ended up blocking the lane. I wouldn’t have minded if it were just for a short while, but I had to wait for over an hour.
“I also had to be mindful of the vehicles behind me. If it’s just a car, it can manage. But it inconveniences everyone, making things difficult,” he said in the video.
