I’m sure that most of us are on the edge of our seats thinking about whether the RMCO will be extended or not.

At 8 pm, the PM took to live broadcast to make that announcement. In that broadcast, he has said that the RMCO will be extended till 31 December.

The RMCO was set to end on 31 August 2020. With this extension, all SOPs that were released by the government will still need to be abided. People who flout the SOPs will have to face the music.

He has also said that if any locality has a concentrated amount of cases then they will have to enhance the SOPs in certain areas.

Stay tuned for more updates.
