Here Are 6 Things You Can Do During S’pore’s First-Ever Pokemon Carnival From 15th to 30th June

If you love Pokemon then you’ll be excited to know that Sentosa will be hosting its first-ever Pokemon Carnival from 15th to 30th June 2019 in Sentosa Cove Village, Singapore. Pika, pika! 

According to Channel NewsAsia Lifestyle, you can find all 403 Pokemon from the Alola region in Sentosa.

FYI, the Alola region is a made-up location the Pokemon series that’s inspired by Hawaii. It consists of four main islands and one artificial island.

Therefore, in order to maximise your Ultimate Pokemon Experience, here are some of the things you can do when you visit the carnival.

 

1. Participate in the exciting Pokemon Adventure

During this activity, participants can answer questions on an activity booklet, and if they answer correctly, they stand a chance to win some Pokemon plushies!

It’s pretty easy to get the booklet because all you need to do is spend at any retail shop, attraction, hotel and eatery in Sentosa and redeem a Pokemon Adventure activity booklet as well as a carnival game voucher by presenting the receipt.

Take note that only receipts which were issued in June are applicable! 

 

2. Win a cool set of Pokemon stickers when you play the Carnival Games 

Remember the carnival game voucher that you redeemed after spending in June? Yep, you can use the voucher to play a variety of Pokemon-themed games.

Do keep in mind that if you complete four carnival games, you stand a chance to win a set of Pokemon stickers. Woohoo! 

 

3. Get an overload of Pikachu when you watch the Pikachu Parade

Ever since we laid our eyes on Pikachu, we knew that the adorable yellow Pokemon was going to hold a special place in our hearts. <3

So, if you love Pikachu a lot, then don’t miss the parade that will take place at 8.15pm on alternate evenings, or just refer to the dates mentioned below:

4. Shake hands with your favourite Pokemon during the Meet & Greet Sessions

While you’re at the carnival, don’t miss the chance to meet your favourite Pokemon during the Meet & Greet Sessions at 7pm and 8.15pm on these dates:

  • 19th June 2019

5. Up your IG game by taking photos with all the Pokemon

No event will be complete without some photo ops! 

You can snap Instagram-worthy pictures with your favourite Pokemon – including a five-metre tall Pikachu inflatable balloon – to up your social media game.

If you bring your kids along, you can allow them to play on the Pokemon-themed inflatable slide and ball pit. Sounds fun!

 

6. Bond with your family as you watch movies by the Bay 

After a hectic day at the carnival, watching a movie with your loved ones is the best way to unwind and relax. Don’t miss screenings of family-friendly movies at Sentosa Cove Village’s Car Park Area all day during the carnival, except on 29th June 2019.

The movies begin screening at 7.30pm every day, and the admission is FREE OF CHARGE!

Well, isn’t this exciting!
