In tough times like these, one of the good things that can still happen is the spread of kindness.

Recently, on his TikTok account, a man shared a heartwarming experience where he made the day of an aunty by giving her a lift home. As captioned in the video, he and his colleague were on the way to work when they spotted an aunty alone by the roadside, presumably waiting for a cab or a bus ride home.

They immediately decided to turn back and give her a lift.

“It’s actually fun when Allah gives me the chance to help others.”

It is then revealed then she was simply waiting for anyone who was willing to give her a lift home. Their kindness, without a doubt, had touched her heart and immediately put a smile on her face when she boarded the car. Before she left, the aunty said goodbye and waved happily to the 2 kind men who had saved her day.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Haziq, who works for TNB revealed that the aunty was from Taman Lesung Batu Emas, Melaka where she had just finished some work and wanted to go home. However, he did not ask further about her family members as he was afraid to bring up a possibly sensitive topic. The whole trip was just a casual conversation.

“She did ask us about our jobs and where we were headed,” Haziq added and said that the aunty couldn’t stop expressing her gratitude during the trip.

Haziq also believed that everything happens for a reason and nothing is coincidental in this world. He expressed his gratitude to the Almighty for giving him the opportunity to help others in need and he was glad that he met the aunty.

His experience is one of the prime examples that nothing is impossible when it comes to helping people, regardless of race. Their kindness and generosity have definitely restored the faith in humanity.
