1,279 Areas In The Klang Valley Will Face Water Disruptions Starting From 6pm Today (10 November)

Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (LUAS) informed in a Facebook post today (10 November) that a water treatment plan (LRA) at Rantau Panjang, Sungai Selangor Phase (SSP) 1,2 and 3 have stopped operating at 12.20-12.45pm today. This is due to solvent-like odour pollution detected at Sungai Selangor.

As a result from this, 1,279 areas in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling, Klang, Shah Alam, Kuala Selangor, Gombak, Hulu Selangor and Kuala Langat will be facing water disruptions from 6pm today. These areas include:
