Recently, the case of a ‘Datuk Seri’ assaulting not one, but THREE Rela personnel took Malaysian media by storm – and all because they told him to move his Toyota Vellfire which was blocking a road near the temple.
Besides brutally beating up these innocent young men, the Datuk Seri had allegedly tried to bribe each of them with RM10,000 to withdraw their police report over the incident.
Now, it has come to light that this 29-year-old businessman was actually tested positive for drugs!

“His urine tested positive for drugs. We will also look into other aspects to see if he is involved in illegal activities,” said the Deputy Inspector-General of Police.
The authorities are also doing further investigations to check the validity of his ‘Datuk Seri’ title.
So who’s this young man, and why does he have a ‘Datuk Seri’ title?
The ‘Datuk Seri’ has been identified as Nicky Liow. Netizens spotted the logo on his shirt, and after some digging, found out that he’s the chairman of the Winner Dynasty Group that is allegedly established in the UK.
It was revealed that Liow managed to become successful and a millionaire by the time he was 24. According to Malaysian Digest, he was awarded an ‘SME Brand Personality’ award back in 2015 for his success in e-commerce services that provides any individual the chance to become an entrepreneur.
Not surprisingly, his title was obtained from Pahang, though it is unsure how he obtained the ‘Dr’ title which he uses on his business cards.
Kampung Tunku assemblyman Lau Weng San said that the 29-year-old was a big player in the money game scheme here. Liow was even seen in photos with former Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar and Tan Sri Joseph Kurup.

Ronnie Liu, the former Selangor state executive councillor of Federal Datuks urged the ruler who awarded the suspect his ‘Datuk Seri’ title to revoke it.
“Those undeserving of these titles should not have them,” he said.
“They must respect people in uniform. I hope if this news goes back to the Ruler who awarded the title, it should be taken away from the man,” the president, Tan Sri Danny Ooi said.
