Malaysians were amused by the running event and plan to join the next edition!

In the comments section, @syauti_aΒ revealed that the footage was from last year’s Larian Sawah Padi Tanjong Karang and that this year’s edition will take place this September.

One commenter said that the event last year was 1 of the best they’d joined and urged people to register for the 2024 edition to have a splendid time.

Meanwhile, 1 commenter joked that if all running events were like this, people would end up just lepakingΒ at the checkpoints instead of running.

Another commenter echoed the same sentiment, saying that participants will forget about the medals and just end up eating all the snacks if they provide tables and chairs for runners at the checkpoints.
