As inflation hits, many families have been struggling to make ends meet and this would mean that many people would have to find different ways to earn some extra income. Just recently, Ustaz Ebit Lew shared a story about a 19-year-old boy from Rompin.

In his post he said,

“I just gifted this 19-year-old kid a Motor Ego Avantis. When I heard his story, I was truly touched by his dedication and hard work in trying to help his family. For anyone wondering, he’s the Teluk Cempedak Kuantan minion that’s circulating around on TikTok.”

Ustaz Ebit Lew mentioned that the kid wears a minion mascot and would find some extra income from 5pm to 12 midnight. He mentioned how he tried wearing a mascot for an hour and it was definitely hard to breathe.

“I admire young people who work for their money. He is only 19 and he came all the way to Kuantan with his friends in hopes that he is able to help out his family. He rents a room in Kuantan with his friends and would always walk or take the bus to work, on days where he is too tired, he would just rest at Teluk Cempedak”, he added.

He shared that the kid has mentioned that occasionally he gets sad. When he’s sad, he thinks about his family, and he’d cry because he misses his mom.

He then ended the post by saying that,

“He was shocked and happy when I gave him the bike. I hope he knows that when God wants to reward you, nobody can stop it.”

Thank you for your kindness Ustaz, may this 19-year-old boy continue to love his family and keep his heart of gold.
