Everyone has dreams, big or small, whether they’re fulfilled or not. Some aim to be rich, famous, and successful, while others dream of simply being happy. Tony Fernandes recently shared what exactly he has on his mind.
“Chocolates! But something else is more important…”
When asked about what Tony craves, he started with chocolate as an answer. Many of us, especially those with a sweet tooth are in love with the food and despite Tony’s love for the snacks, he had something else in mind, which to him is a bigger priority (than chocolate bars).
For 2024, the CEO of AirAsia aims to build a 6-pack abs, which is aligned with his intention to cut down on snacks. The aim to achieve a 6-pack on his body didn’t come suddenly. There is a reason that has been pushing Tony forward to have a better body shape.
“I’ve been body-shamed many times, so I’m going to build a 6-pack.”
The conversation then shifted into a casual tour around AirAsia’s office, which Tony said is a place without hierarchy, and “the people can talk to each other”.It’s pretty much a workplace with casual settings, and there is even a fun slide there for the employees to use.
When asked if Tony has tried using the slide before, his answer may have hinted at his successful attempt in achieving the 6-pack abs.
“Yeah, many times. It’s getting easier because I’m getting thinner.”
Netizens are mostly on board with Tony’s aim to get what he wants for his body, and many of them showed support through the comment sections. Some even suggested daily vlog content to see Tony walking around.
A netizen also suggested dark chocolate as an alternative for Tony to enjoy the snack more healthily.

@tonyfernandesairasia What am I craving for?
Dear health junkies, especially if you have a 6-pack, what did you practise and what’s your diet like to maintain the body shape? We also hope that instead of body-shaming, you can be the motivator of a friend who’s trying to aim for a healthier lifestyle.
