Dear mothers, what are the criteria that you look for in the future partners of your children? Financial stability, living a peaceful, quiet life?
Malaysian actress Rita Rudaini knows exactly what she expected in her sons’ future partners – inactive on social media. Or precisely, strictly no dancing on social media.
“As a man, you have heavy responsibilities”
In an interview shared on Suara Sarawak’s TikTok page, Rita said having a social media is not an issue because Rita herself has an Instagram. However, she has concerns about oversharing on social media, which is something she doesn’t want to see in her sons’ future partners.
“Some people share views of places on their IG, and barely show their faces. If that’s the case, Mummy approves.”
Rita, who admitted that she’s not a fan of people who overshare on social media also revealed the dealbreaker when it comes to her future daughters-in-law, saying,
“It’s fine to have social media accounts but don’t be like the kids today, dancing on social media.”
The Malaysian actress also said that she was worried about the responsibilities that her sons have to carry as husbands in the future, and said that it’s not easy to take care of a woman.
“He’s bound to have heavy responsibilities in the future, and I don’t want him to eventually become an irresponsible man,” Rita explained.
Rita is a single mother who has 2 sons. She was married to a football player in 2008 but the pair divorced in 2013.
