A Malaysian driver found their vehicle all scratched up after parking in a lot that was previously being ‘chupped’ by a woman with a young child.

Based on dashboard footage shared on the Dunia Info Facebook page, the car owner reversed their vehicle into the parking spot at a Petaling Jaya shopping mall on Sunday (March 16) at around 3pm.

This forced a woman and a young child, who were standing in the lot to ‘chup’ it, to walk away.

The car owner later returned to find their vehicle damaged with significant scratches.

The police can’t help

According to a report by Sin Chew Daily, the car owner believes the same woman and her family members had scratched up their vehicle, leading them to seek the shopping mall’s CCTV footage.

They then made a police report, though the police are unable to help as they “cannot see” the perpetrators clearly in the blurry CCTV footage of the scratching incident.

The car owner ultimately decided to spread the footage online in an attempt to seek the public’s help in identifying the perpetrators who scratched their car.

“The police said ‘cannot see‘. So, I’m trying to find witnesses.”
