We’ve all enjoyed a good burger at McDonald’s every now and then, but have any of us ever thought of redecorating the place? Well, these guys definitely have, and they actually decided to put their plan in motion!

In a viral tweet from American Twitter user @Jehvolution, he noticed that there was a blank wall while he was dining with his friend Christian at a local McDonald’s and thought of putting a fake poster of him and his friend in that empty space. They also decided to do this because they noticed that there were no photos of Asians in the entire restaurant. Where’s our Asian representation lah?

However, they had to be smart about it. So, how did they manage to pull this whole thing off?

Well, in a YouTube video documenting the entire process, @Jehvolution explained that they first had to take a photo in an environment that would match the backgrounds of the other posters, so that it would blend in easily. He decided that since every photo in the restaurant was taken in a natural environment, they would shoot their photo outdoors.

After editing the photo to make it look like a legit McDonald’s poster, they had to get it into the restaurant without raising any suspicions. So, he decided to disguise himself as a “Regional Interior Coordinator” after managing to find a McDonald’s employee shirt at a thrift shop. Wah, dedication!

Surprisingly, they didn’t raise any heads when they went over there and hung the poster up. According to @Jehvolution’s tweet, the poster is surprisingly still up there for the past 51 days!

His tweet immediately caught the attention of other netizens, with over 110,000 retweets in just three days. Many of them were impressed by their ability to pull this entire thing off. Some of them even mentioned that this was actually brilliant PR for McDonald’s.

Watch the whole video below!

What are your thoughts on this hilarious stunt? Should McDonald’s keep the poster up? Let us know in the comments below!
