A student, who lives and studies around the area, shared her experience when she encountered the pervert but managed to avoid him. He had approached her and said that he wanted her help to look for his keys but she remembered a similar situation another girl had shared before. Looks like it’s this story!

Apparently, he would take the excuse to “look” for his keys and molest people this way. Luckily, she was smart and rejected his request. However, a few days after that when she was around PV 128, she saw the same guy again who was looking for his next victim.
Th girl he targeted walked off and the netizen could not capture his photo as he seemed to have recognised her. Just as she wanted to leave him alone, she saw another girl walking towards the man’s direction and just like before, he asked the girl for help to find his “keys”. Doubt that he had even lost it in the first place!

“I was expecting her to walk away as well but to my surprise, she followed him into the alleyway behind Harutei! I felt worried so I immediately followed them. When I reached the alleyway, they were both gone. Not long after, I saw her quickly opening a door and she saw me. I told her to run and we both ran together to a more public area. Luckily, she escaped the situation as it was very fishy of him to bring her to an isolated area.”
She said that she wanted to spread awareness about this man so that other girls will not fall prey to his unscrupulous tactics. She advised, “Please ignore him and walk away. He will not be persistent enough to chase after you. The next time he may not be asking about his keys but something else.”

To alert others, she described him as a guy who has more tanned skin than average, not very tall, wearing glasses and has a slightly thicker build. She urged others to be vigilant and to look out for each other as he was currently very active around PV 128 area.
Many netizens were tagging their friends to warn them about this guy as there are many college students around that area. One of the commenters actually managed to snap a photo of the man and shared it on her Facebook as well. They said that he had even tried to flash his privates to strangers!
