It’s our Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s birthday and he turns 73 years old today!
Malaysia’s eighth prime minister who came into power in the midst of a global pandemic has spent his day working hard with his schedule full of things to do.
“We presented him with a big birthday card from the Prime Minister’s Office staff and birthday wishes,” said one of his aides, reported Straits Times.
“It’s a full working day for him and his programme is full today. No other celebrations that we know of.”
Nevertheless, birthday wishes poured in for the prime minister on social media.
Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob posted on Facebook a birthday wish for PM Muhyiddin.
Selamat Ulangtahun Kelahiran YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.Semoga Allah memberikan kesihatan terbaik kepada Tan Sri, terus dirahmati, dipermudahkan segala urusan dan terus cemerlang dalam pemerintahan negara.
Many netizens have also been expressing their well-wishes to PM Muhyiddin on his Facebook page.
“Happy birthday Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin. May you be blessed with longevity, be blessed with good health and always in Allah’s grace,” one netizen said.
