There’s always somebody out there who is having a worse day than you.

According to Shanghaiist, a 15 year old kid had presumably one of the worst day of his life when he smashed into a parked Bentley on the side of the road in Zhengzhou, China. The boy was riding a scooter on his way back from school when the accident occurred.

The unfortunate incident shattered the Bentley’s side view mirror. Although it may seem like a minor incident, the cost to repair the mirror and other minor work is a whooping sum of 30,000 to 40,000 Yuan (RM19,151-RM 25,535). Bentley you know!

As soon as the incident occurred, the Bentley driver got out of the car and requested the contact number of the boy’s father. He proceeded to tell the boy the cost of the repair, and emphasising that he wish it would be fixed as soon as possible, before taking off.

Seconds after watching the Bentley drove away, the boy burst into tears, clueless as to what his father, a temporary worker in the city, would react be as soon as he deliver the news.

However upon delivering the unfortunate news, the calm and collected father assured his son not to worry about the cost of the mirror, and told him to let the adults handle the issue.

Several netizens have commented on the incident, most hoping that the Bentley driver will be kind enough to go easy on the kid and hopefully let this whole situation slide.
