People are into all kinds of things. Some of them are more socially acceptable than others, while others you might want to keep to yourself. Unfortunately, how you express what you’re into is often the main criteria on whether it’s socially acceptable or not, and in this particular case, what this store assistant was into is definitely not ok.

According to Harian Metro, a store assistant was caught spying a man who was… well, pooping at a gas station.

It is understood that the poor victim was defecating in the toilet as he had a tummy ache. While in the process of defecation, he suddenly noticed something moving being reflected in a puddle of water on the floor. He then saw a reflection of a man outside the door with his pants off relieving himself.

From that, the victim finally noticed a hole the size of his pinky finger and a man spying through it. The one thing that was really unbelievable was when the defecating man asked whether the pervert was spying on him, and he actually replied yes!

The pervert was then caught and Magistrate Nurshahira Abdul Salim sentenced him a fine of RM100 under Section 14 of Minor Offences Act 1955.

The suspect, who was not represented by a lawyer, requested that the court lighten his sentence.  However, his pleas were denied by Deputy Public Prosecutor Hairuliqram Hairuddin, who requested for a full charge as a lesson for him.

Thank God nothing worse had actually happened to the victim! But seriously, you can’t even let your guard down even while pooping. Sigh.
