Recently, a perverted man was caught masturbating and ejaculating on a lady who was withdrawing money from an ATM. This disgusting incident took place in a bank in TaiChung, Taiwan.
Based on the CCTV footage, the 19-year-old lady, Wong walked into a bank to withdraw money at night. Unbeknownst to her, a man followed her into the bank and pretended to use another ATM directly behind her.
When Wong wasn’t looking, the perverted suspect whipped out his penis and pleasured himself. The footage recorded by the camera on ATM revealed that the suspect turned his head back to look at Wong while doing his business.

Police discovered through CCTV footage that he parked his car some 100 metres away and intentionally followed the victim into the bank. Authorities (obviously) dismissed Tan’s explanation and he will face a maximum one year of jail time upon conviction.
Why can’t this guy just finish their business behind closed doors? Geez…
