Based on Penang Kini’s Facebook page, small time food business owners in Teluk Kumbar, Penang decided to go on with selling their food for break fast purposes, at Sungai Batu area in Teluk Kumbar.

However, thanks to efficient authority, these people were greeted by PDRM, ATM and the Penang City Council (MBPP). They stopped these sellers from carrying on with their businesses and also warned that all those in the Taman Mas as well as Sungai Batu area, to adhere to the MCO rules. Together with the sellers, residents have been advised to stay at home to help curb the spread of Covid-19.
