It didn’t take long for the newly-opened Darsa Fried Chicken to get into their 1st crisis in the business, all thanks to an inappropriate remark left by the former FB admin.

Fortunately, the crisis has been handled, and the said admin has since been transferred to another department, as revealed in a press conference yesterday (May 11). However, that was not the only thing the management highlighted. Throughout its opening, DFC has also been receiving feedback about its expensive pricing.

Be that as it may, DFC defended its pricing and said that it’s actually cheaper than other competitors.

“It’s 10% to 15% cheaper than other competitors, especially international fast food restaurants,” DFC said without naming any brandings.

DFC’s Chief Officer, Mohammad Faiz Zuhdi, said the management set the price ONLY after they had inspected the market price for fried chicken.

“We don’t only provide affordable fried chickens for customers, but the portions are also big.”

To ensure the portions remain the same, Faiz told the media that DFC has spoken to the suppliers and told them to make sure the poultry stays consistent in size.

Faiz also assured consumers that despite the inflation and the high living costs, the pricing of DFC is still reasonable and customer-friendly.

To those who have tried DFC, what’s your verdict? As for the others, what do you say about going out this weekend to #sapotlokal?”
