Ok, this is a bit a ridiculous!

In case you didn’t know, the new Avengers movie, Avengers: Endgame, is due to be released on 24th April 2019. While many people are rushing to pre-book tickets for the first show of the movie, some people have begun reselling their tickets at shocking prices.

In fact, some of these tickets that are being sold in Malaysia on Carousell even go up to as high as RM700! Wtf, so expensive. If you don’t believe us, you can take a look at a screenshot of the online marketplace’s website below:

Walaowei!

According to the above post, the seller is selling first-day show tickets of the Marvel movie for RM700. These tickets can be used to watch Avengers: Endgame at IOI City Mall’s cinema on 24 April 2019. These shows will start at 10am and 8.45pm respectively!

Following that, 9gag shared that Avengers: Endgame tickets were being sold for even more insane rates. They revealed that someone has actually opened bidding on the tickets on eBay at USD9,199 (approx. RM37,000). That’s still crazy expensive, even though it’s being sold in New York!

I did a quick check on eBay and noticed many others selling Avengers: Endgame tickets for ridiculous prices too. One person opened the bidding for the tickets at USD500, which about RM2,039. However, if you don’t want to bid and would like to purchase the tickets straight up, it’ll set you back at USD800 (about RM3,000). Damn!

Other sellers also had pretty steep prices for these tickets, with one setting it at USD500 (approx. RM2,000) and another at USD450 (approx. RM1,800). And who are actually gonna buy these?

Well, those are certainly some extremely high prices for the latest Marvel movie tickets. If you’re a Marvel fan, tell us, would you actually consider buying the tickets at such prices (even if you’re desperate to watch it)? Sound off in the comments!
