They say love knows no bounds… Except this woman might’ve taken it a little too seriously.
In a recent social media post by @meinmokhtar, a local woman opened up about her unconventional approach to addressing the needs of her husband. The anonymous post, which has since gained significant attention, outlines her desire to find a second wife for her spouse.
The woman, a 28-year-old, shared that her husband, employed as an engineer and earning a monthly salary of RM18,000, has been grappling with a high sex drive due to the stresses of his job.
In an effort to cope with the situation, she expressed her willingness to pay RM3,000 per month to any interested woman who could meet her husband’s needs.
Detailing her husband’s characteristics, the woman described him as a rather skinny individual with average looks, a non-smoker, and a generally quiet demeanour. She also emphasized her preference for a partner who isn’t motivated by financial gains, explicitly stating her aversion to gold diggers.
Surprisingly, the post generated interest from numerous women who responded by sharing details about themselves, seemingly willing to be considered for the unconventional arrangement. Some were even sceptical about the situation.
Some even took a lighter approach, injecting humor into the discussion and suggesting that the offered amount might not be sufficient for such an arrangement.
“This is an opportunity, guys! Whoever fits the requirement can try your luck.”
“I read somewhere the other day that whoever earns 20K can’t even manage a sugar baby, let alone take care of another wife and have to pay them an extra 3K.”
“3K is not enough.”
The question remains: Is this a legitimate attempt to address a unique challenge within a marriage, or is it an attention-seeking stunt? Regardless of one’s perspective, the story raises intriguing questions about the boundaries and possibilities within modern relationships.
What’s your take on this? Do you think it’s legitimate, and if it is, would you be interested?
