Taking to TikTok, this netizen showed why you should NEVER freeze your dodol or not cut it before serving.

In this 11-second video, you can clearly see how difficult it was for this man to chew into this tasty morsel.

Having a tough time, the man eventually gave up on his conquest to eat dodol. 

Now, for our readers out there who do not know what dodol is, it can be likened to an Asian-style taffy, with ingredients containing glutinous rice flour, jaggery sugar and coconut milk.

Technically, dodol has a sticky-like substance, so freezing it would add more structure to the already sticky texture of the taffy.

So, what do you do if you accidentally leave one in the fridge? Experts point out that you can cut it up into smaller pieces before enjoying it.
