The bravery to lend a hand to someone needy, especially if that person is a stranger is truly admirable. However, things might be a little tough when the person who needs help is a young child who can barely express what he wants or someone with a language barrier.

Malaysian TikToker, Dahlia Rizal went through those challenges during her trip to Korea recently, where she encountered a clueless young child who was lost, as shown via the TikTok page @dahliarizalfans. Dahlia attempted to communicate with the innocent child and she admitted to having some difficulties understanding his words.

Many of us may be a fan of K-pop but we wish we could understand the language, especially at times like this!

Regardless, Dahlia gently pulled the kid to the side and tried her best to understand his body language. A kid can be nervous without the presence of their guardian but Dahlia tried to calm him down by offering the kid some of her bread.

Another man who was with her, Zaid also tried to help but unfortunately, the pair couldn’t grasp the kid’s words. He contacted the tour guide to help in translating what the kid meant.

The incident took place at one of the most popular tourist spots in Korea – Nami Island. When the kid’s family still had not appeared, the pair brought the kid to the security team on Nami Island and fortunately, it didn’t take long for the kid to be reunited with his family.

“They found the kid’s brother at the toilet! He was all safe and sound,” Zaid said.

The security suspected that the kid wandered around and got lost in the way when his parents were in the washroom. You can watch the clip below.

The parents must have been terrified and thought they had lost their child and the kid must have been afraid too after knowing that he was far from his family.
