Parents are definitely very protective creatures but sometimes, they can get overprotective.

In a video that has gone viral and is being shared by multiple accounts on different social media platforms, a Malaysian mother has used her son’s account to scold someone in his class’ Telegram group.

Scold On Telegram Group

The conversation occurred on 3 October when the mother of  Sam* sent a voice note saying: “I am Sam’s mother. Who is Jack*? I want to tell you that from now on, Jack cannot be friends with my son. He’s getting worse.”

“Sam is my only son, if anything happens to him I will not forgive you guys.”

She continued her scolding by saying that Jack should be bad on his own and not influence Sam. Jack replied shortly with a question mark.

That angered the mother and she screamed in a voice note, “What?! If you dare, you come here now. Your parents did not teach you well.”

Jack then clarified that he is just friends with Sam and they are not very close with each other. The mother replied,

“So stop being friends with him. After he became friends with you, he got worse.”

“You’re going to school but you’re not studying. Don’t teach my child bad things. If you want to be bad then be bad yourself.”

The young boy then said that he never taught Sam any bad things. The mother blamed Jack for influencing Sam to not do his homework, skip school and go to a place where they can use their phones freely.

Jack denied all of those things and shortly after, Sam left the group.

It seems to be a very embarrassing situation for both Sam and Jack. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think that Sam’s mother handled this well?
