As parents, our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our children. So, when a mother’s worst nightmare becomes a reality, it leaves her in a state of shock, panic, and sadness.

Recently, a disturbing incident unfolded that has left one mother, Syahera, devastated and determined to raise awareness about child safety. In a heartfelt post on social media shared by Iesya Toh, the post revealed a harrowing experience of Syahera’s 6-year-old son being slapped by an unknown person while playing unsupervised outside their home.

When Syahera discovered her son’s injured state, her world came crashing down. The image of her child running home, frightened and in tears, clutching his cheek, is a memory that no mother should ever have to bear.

The little boy was apparently approached by an older man who seemed friendly. The man enticed the child to go to a nearby block by promising him a toy. Trusting the stranger, the young boy followed him. However, upon reaching the destination—an empty house with a flight of stairs—the man commanded him to retrieve the toy from inside.

When the child refused to enter the empty house out of fear, the stranger lashed out & slapped the child across the face before disappearing into thin air.

The mother’s voice trembled as she recounted the incident, “What did my child do to deserve such treatment?”

Syahera and her husband have made the difficult decision to no longer allow their child to play outside without constant supervision. The sense of security they once had has been shattered, replaced by an unwavering vigilance to protect their child from potential dangers.
