The earthquake that struck Turkiye is a very devastating one where tens of thousands of innocent lives were lost.

Many countries across the world are now sending help to the affected places and some organisations are holding their own charity programs for fundraising.

In a recent video by former education minister Maszlee Malik, he talks about how there were many souls that were lost in the recent disaster in Turkiye.

So, he decided to team up with APAC Wrestling to fundraise RM100,000 for those who were affected by the earthquake. It is said that the funds will be given to the victims through the Turkiye embassy.

The former minister will be ditching his coat and tie for wrestling attire and he will be going up against some of our local wrestlers.

However, for this to happen, it comes with a requirement and that is for the video that he posted to gain 10,000 likes first before he joins the ring.

For illustration purposes only.

As of now, there are only a few hundred likes on each of his videos on different platforms. So, you know what to do!

There’s no official announcement of any date yet but we will be keeping an eye out for it. It will surely be entertaining and since it’s also a fundraising event, this is killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

This also reminds us of the time Syed Saddiq shaved his head on national TV.
