Masked Men With Parangs Enter Nilai Restaurant Before Viciously Slashing Customers at One Table

CCTV footage of a violent attack that took place at a restaurant in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, is currently going viral on social media.

In the videos shared by the MYNEWSHUB X page, a group of masked men could be seen getting down from a car and rushing into the eatery with parangs before attacking a table of men who were drinking. The suspects then fled in the car that they came in.

According to a report by Harian Metro, the incident took place yesterday (January 9) at around 9:40pm.

The Nilai District Police Chief Superintendent Abdul Malik Hasim said that the victims sustained injuries and were taken to the Tuanku Jaafar Hospital (HTJ) in Seremban for treatment.

“We were informed of the incident by members of the public who said that 4 local men aged 44 to 59 were attacked. This was carried out by a group of men while the victims were inside the restaurant,”

“The case is being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code for rioting with the use of a weapon and Section 326 of the Penal Code for intentionally causing grievous bodily harm with the use of a weapon,” he said.

The victims are apparently in stable condition and the motive for the attack is still under investigation.
