This man must be so done with getting his driving license after this incident.

A man in Jiangsu, China had spent over a year trying to get his driving license after failing the test several times. Sadly, his license was suspended by the police on the same day he finally managed to get one. Aiyo, kesian!

According to Sinchew, the 49-year-old man had been going for the driving tests for the past 13 months. For some reason, he just kept failing the tests but that didn’t diminish his will to get behind the wheel.

So, on his ninth attempt, he successfully passed the test and finally got his driving license. Understandably, he went to paint the town red and had a celebration dinner with his friends involving alcohol. Uh-oh…

After many drinks, he left the dinner tipsy and was spotted driving against the traffic flow. He was then pulled over by the cops who then requested him to do a breath alcohol test.

The result indicated that the alcohol in his body had exceeded the limit allowed and hence he was guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. As such, his license was suspended immediately. What’s worse is that he is now banned from taking driving tests for the next five years!

A majority of the netizens who read the news about this agreed that his license should be suspended since drunk driving is a serious offence and could cost the lives of other road users. Some also poked fun at him saying that he is not meant to drive a car in this life.

Don’t drink and drive, guys. Btw, do you think he will go for another driving test after five years? Let us know in the comments!
