A lot of drivers have weird and scary experiences on the road and this mother and her children had the shock of their lives when their car stopped at a traffic light in Teluk Sisek, Pahang.

On 20th July (Saturday), a Malaysian netizen wrote in her Facebook post that she and her kids attended an Aqiqah ceremony in the afternoon.

To those who don’t know what it is, Aqiqah is a Muslim ceremony to celebrate childbirth. After the event, they travelled home in her car, a 4WD with an open boot. They came to a stop at a nearby traffic light when the light flashed red and she was talking to her kids. Suddenly, she saw a strange man near the road divider.

“He was walking like he was intoxicated. When he reached my car, he tried to open the door and everybody in the car was shocked. Luckily, the car doors were locked and he couldn’t get in. He even knocked on the windows and I even thought that maybe I accidentally hit him or something,” she wrote.

The strange man lost it and started throwing a fit. Sharifah wrote that he went on a crazy rant after that.

“Then, he got into the back of my car and I didn’t know what to do. If I got down to sort it out, then my kids and I are in danger,” she continued. After that, the traffic light turned green and she was afraid to stop right there with all the other cars behind them. She made the choice to just drive with the unexpected passenger in the back first.

“I thought of stopping at the police station at Tanjung Lumpur to drop off this mamat. He even made funny faces while I was driving,” she added.

“I was scared that he might jump from the car. I was thinking of all sorts of things and I was terrified.” In an unexpected twist, the man knocked on the car’s rear window and asked her to stop when the car approached Jaya Gading Supermarket.

“I also stopped the car because I was scared that he might break the glass with his knocking. After he got off the car, I quickly drove away,” she wrote.

She ended her Facebook post by reminding everyone to lock their car doors and always check the car’s side mirrors for unexpected incidents.

Luckily, nobody was hurt during this incident. Kudos to the lady for remaining in control during the scary situation!
