Recently, a video of a little girl dangerously playing outside of a balcony of an apartment house in Selayang went viral on social media.
Based on the video, the girl was walking on the outer side of the balcony of her apartment unit, which is about 18 floors high.

In the video, the girl can be seen walking around before dangerously climbing back over the balcony fence, back into her apartment unit. Another toddler was seen watching his sibling performing the dangerous act.
The parents of the children were not seen in the video, causing many netizens to question whether there was anyone at home monitoring these kids.
