Most Malaysians have learned that they cannot park their cars at parking spots reserved for the disabled, thanks to the countless viral photos and criticisms shared online.

However, once in a while, there will be isolated cases of inconsiderate acts which serve as reminders to all of us to be more aware of where we park our cars.

But it’s especially disturbing when policemen — the supposed pinnacle of civic consciousness — commit these acts themselves.

Yesterday (20 July), a Twitter user by the name of Noraishad shared a photo of a motorbike, a mini tent, and safety cones belonging to the PDRM obstructing an accessible parking space which prevented a lady from parking these.
