Taking a bus for long distance trips can be tiring at the best of times but this girl who was making her way back from Hat Yai, Thailand to Kuala Lumpur had one of the worst experiences.
Apparently her father, Soon Tay, posted a Facebook post complaining that his daughter’s legs were covered with bed bug bites after she sat in one of the express buses heading home on June 7.

He criticised the bus company, saying, “How can the bus company provide this kind of bus for their customers. Look at my daughter’s legs, it’s covered with bites! Hope you guys aren’t the next ones to fall victim to the bugs.”
In the post, he included some photos of his poor daughter’s legs that have been subjected to those dreaded bug bites and no side was left unscathed. Poor girl, must’ve been a really terrible experience! He also posted photos of the bed bugs on the chairs and they are very much alive and moving!

A video Soon Tay included also showed the horrible bugs in motion, crawling up and down the seats. Just looking at those bugs makes my skin crawl!

Guangming reports that another netizen experienced the same awful incident with the same bus company, which was departing from Johor’s Larkin bus station to Simpang, Perak. In this case however, the passenger also brought some unwanted guests home in their luggage, as they discovered more than 20 bed bugs inside their bags! Oh, the horror!
Hopefully the poor girl gets well soon!
