Throughout the whole Movement Control Order period, we have been showered with lots of stories of our abang-abang polis and tentera. Some of them helped out the needy while others helped to feed hungry strays.

In this episode article, we see the soft side of our uniformed personnel. According to a post by Friends of PDRM, 3 police officers along with 2 army personnel were doing their OPS Covid-19 patrol when they found a baby bird that has fallen on the ground.

Worried about the little creature, they decided to build a nest for it so that it can stay safe. Looking at the photo, they collected some twigs and an empty plastic bottle. They then began to wrap and weave the twigs around the bottle while the feathery animal waited patiently on the patrol car.

The caption of the post says that this group of frontliners are in Kuantan. Netizens have also commented on the photo and they expressed their gratitude to these brave men who are battling the Covid-19 for us.

“Thank you, our national heroes.”

“Our abang-abang polis are the best! We love you!”

Awww, that is such a cute and kind thing to do! We would like to thank our frontliners for working 24/7 to make sure that everyone is staying home!
