Following the controversial “Type C” comment by the newly opened Darsa Fried Chicken, the fast-food restaurant has since apologised for the matter after it sparked an online debate.
The director of DFC once again apologised yesterday for the massive negative feedback regarding its long waiting time, as well as the pricing which many customers deem too expensive.
“To the customers who stood for 30 minutes while waiting for their orders, we apologised for the matter. Not to forget those who think our menu is too expensive too.”
In the statement, the director, Mohamad Faiz Zuhdi assured the public that DFC will always do its best to continuously improve and re-evaluate all their products so that everyone can enjoy the food. As for the recent controversy from the admin of the social media page of DFC, here’s what Faiz had to say.
“We apologised once again and we promise to be more sensitive and careful when responding to customers’ enquiries.”
Faiz assured the public that DFC takes these matters seriously. DFC has a long-term plan in mind.
“Of course, we have plans to run this business nationwide. We will look into the customers’ prospects and request from time to time.”
To our Muslim friends, you can dine in without any concerns as Faiz promised that DFC is not only 100% Bumiputera but they are also sourcing from Halal-certified suppliers.
“We’re also in the midst of applying for Halal certificate for our own products.”
After the apology was posted, DFC gradually started to promote its menus on social media. The outlet is located in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang but Faiz did not disclose the location nor the opening date for the next outlet.
Now that DFC has issued 2 apologies for all matters, what do you say about #sapotlokal this weekend?
