The Touch ‘n Go card is perhaps one of the most popular cards used by city folks every day as it makes transactions hassle-free. Also because all tolls in Malaysia require one.

But do you guys know that there is another card that offers the same function but comes with other attractive perks?

The card in question is – the Plus Miles card.

A lot of us would’ve seen it before but didn’t even know that there’s a difference right?

Essentially, it functions exactly like the Touch ‘n Go card but it offers a wide range of perks and discounts to its users, according to Moretify.

Of some of the amazing perks include:

1. 5% toll rebate if the total monthly usage is RM100 or above

This is applicable at PLUS, Elite, BKE and Linkedua highways. To redeem the 5% discount, you just need to present your PLUSmiles card and Identification Card at your nearest customer service counter.

However, this rebate is not applicable in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, Tanjung Kupang and Penang Bridge Toll.

So what if your usage doesn’t exceed RM100? Fret not, PLUSmiles card has something for you too.

2. Earn PLUSmiles points for free top-up

For those who spend less than RM100 on toll monthly, every RM1 spent on PLUS, Elite, BKE and Linkedua highways with Plus Miles card is equivalent to 1 PLUSmiles point.

When you’ve accumulated 1000 PLUSmiles point, you get RM10 top-up for your card. Not bad isn’t it?

If you’re wondering how much you spend on toll per month, you can register online at www.plusmiles.com.my to get an e-statement for toll usage on PLUS highways.

3. Up to 30% discount when shopping at participating PLUSmiles merchant outlets

You simply have to show your PLUSmiles card, present your merchant coupon or pay with your PLUSmiles card if the shop accepts card with Touch n’Go function.
