Just a few days back, a Kopitiam in Puchong went viral when the owner berated a customer for bringing outside drinks without ordering beverages from the premise. The boss even called the customer “brainless” for doing so.

The person in charge has since issued a public apology via a press conference. On the other hand, another cafe in KL took the opportunity to inform its patrons that they are more than welcome to bring outside food and beverages, as long as they’re happy.

The leniency was announced following the viral issue of Puchong Kopitiam where a dispute took place between a customer and the owner of the place. If you happen to drop by Lights House Cafe to work or to enjoy some time to yourself, we do suggest ordering a drink or two to show support for the place!
