Maszlee Malik Uses Hakka To Urge Voters To Come Home & Vote This GE15!

Former Minister of Education and the Member of Parliament for Simpang Renggam Maszlee Malik stuns netizens in his latest video.

The video, which was originally posted on his TikTok account and shared on his other social media platforms, shows Maszlee in a blue Baju Melayu, urging the populace from Simpang Renggam to come home and vote for the upcoming GE15 using Hakka, a Chinese dialect.

“I am Maszlee Malik, you guys please remember to come back and vote. Your vote counts, every one of them is necessary. Remember, remember, come back soon,” he said in Hakka. He also introduced his mother in the video, who also reminded voters to come back home and vote in Hakka.

The video ended with Maszlee showing the finger heart signs and a big smile.

Many netizens are amused that Maszlee can speak so many languages and dialects. Even Hakka-speaking netizens are impressed by his Hakka.
